i have a problem with my monitor Acer nitro xv271u. namely, the bottom frame of the monitor is partially detached from the screen.

I've had the monitor for 5 months, I don't know if it was like that from the beginning or if it happened over time.I wonder if this is normal over time, or if it is a problem that needs to be fixed and if it is covered by the warranty, because I haven't found any information about it and what is the reason for this.

The monitor is under Acer warranty so send/take the monitor to Acer tech support or an authorized Acer repairer in your country and near you. As a screen detaching itself like that from the frame is not normal and the screen needs to be fixed and reattached. Good luck.

Note that in most locales, if the detachment is because someone pulled on the bezel when moving the monitor, it's not likely to be covered by warranty. You should be able to just push it back into place.

there is no way I could have ruined the frame, because it is on the entire length of the screen, not just like in the picture. And yes, I tried to press it down a bit, because I thought it would pop out, but nothing.

    Thanks men, I did so.

But what if they don't honor my warranty? Should I go to a service center or buy some glue and fix it myself?

@billsey Any other advice if they don't accept my complaints?

Try first to see what they say. Likely it just needs to be disassembled and reassembled to get the bezel reseated.
