    Hi,

Go to Settings, System and click Sound in the left pane, click Troubleshoot in the right pane and see whether it helps.

    Hi achir,

Go to Device manager, expand Audio Inputs and outputs, right click Microphone array, select Properties and move to Driver tab, uninstall the driver, reboot and let windows install the driver.

    Hi @Axxo !

The OP mentioned his problem is on Linux, not Windows. I'm facing the same issue (built-in microphone not working) on Ubuntu 24.04, 24.10 and Kubuntu 24.10, so it looks like it's a driver problem.

Would anyone have a hint as to how to solve it? Is the Nitro not compatible with Linux systems?

    Thank you!

    Hi @Axxo !

Have the same problem with my V15:
Ubuntu (Zorin OS 17.2 Core) does not recognize the microphone.
I have not found any drivers for linux for this device (same story with built in bluetooth).

Any chance, a driver for linux will be available soon?
    THX!

Hi seeing as no one can read the OPs post, the OS is Linux, not Windows!

This is quite a simple fix, when installing ubuntu make sure you are installing the correct drivers, additionally install a program called Easy Effects. makes the audio management allot easier and you can see if any output/input is being detected at all
