Query-Does Acer believe I will buy any more from them after they backdated my warranty?

If your going to start my warranty starting 2 months before my purchase, do you think I'm going to buy another product from you? Plus, you make it impossible to reach support! And for a computer company your website is awfully slow and sluggish.

    I don’t understand what the problem is, as with every warranty of an Acer product you need to register the Acer Serial # or SNID on the Acer site in your account, before you can claim a warranty and if need be you need proof of purchase which has a date on it.

    I don’t know how your warranty can start 2 months before you purchased the Acer product, please explain yourself more. Also, Acer support is booked online and/or you should have a phone number to contact Acer in your country, it’s a very simple process and a very efficient process that Acer has for all customers. The Acer site does have maintenance periods and its site might be slower than usual but internet speeds is manly dependent on your provider and your location so be also aware that.     Oh, blissful ignorance! Acer registered product during set up on12/26/2024 (The 1st time they could even know I had product) But when I look up warranty info it is dated 2 months earlier and ends 2 months early!!!!!
