Hi

I have a project to start using INTUNE and need to return the AllInOne units back to the Acer Base image.

All of our Acer laptops and AllInOnes are deployed after being re-partitioned by the previous Sysadmins.

Do you have the Factory Build Media that i can download onto a USB key. I would like to return the disk image back to the OOBE Win11 Factory image that Acer uses to send the devices to customers.

Many thanks in advance

Acer Services in your country can reset PCs to OOBE condition for a small service fee, there is no generic USB solution for each model.

Depending on model and your locale you can often purchase the recovery media. If the system hasn't had any major changes since new, the recovery partition might still have the original Acer load on it. If they reimaged the full drive or Windows did a major update then that recovery partition has likely been overwritten. Note that recovery media is different for each model, so if you have multiple models that can be a bit of a pain. It might be better to just build a vanilla Windows install plus the Acer specific utilities like Acer Care Center.

The factory build media, when available, includes a new Windows license, so isn't free…
