Laptop Fans running at full speed after motherboard upgrade Acer Nitro AN515-56

Hello,
2 months ago i bought Acer Nitro AN515-56 model laptop, laptop suddenly stops working fine and shutdowns automatically after 10-15seconds. I raised complaint, so technician changed the motherboard today. After that both CPU and GPU fans running at max speed all the time even though temps are 40 for CPU and GPU not used at all.
In Acer care center my laptop name is showing as Aspire XXXX, talked to multiple acer support persons but no use.
Techincian called me to re-install windows, after that also still same issue - fans running at max speed all the time. Same technician who replaced motherboard did something for 1 hour to update the serial no of mother board to this new laptop but nothing worked. Now laptop name is showing as xxxx xxx-xxx.  due to this name i can't install Nitrosense also, technician somehow installed nitrosense but not to reduce fan speed - custom option is not working. 
After that he is asking me to do clean install of windows by formatting all drives using bootable pen drive and then he will see if issue is fixed. 

I bought this laptop for study purpose as i have exams at end of june, now a right moment laptop is not in good condition to use. I dont know what else to do also, i feel like i wasted 60K on this stupid laptop instead i should have bought dell (which i already used for 8+ years).

How to escalate this issue to get this new entire as soon as possible ?

    @Vineel112 can you try to upload the screenshot of the Acer Care Center here? Make sure to cover the SNID and SN but leave the model name.

    Any idea how to raise this issue to high level to get it fixed immediately, i called more than 10 times the customer care and no one seems to help me.
    Its been 2 days they replaced motherboard and im not able to use the laptop at all..

    i feel its one of the worst customer service i have seen.  Tell me how to sell this ***** laptop and get 60K money back soon so i can buy new laptop.

    Go to this link. Choose you country. Click support button at top of country page. Enter machine's serial number id (snid). Use chatline, phone or email addresses provided or choose another authorized service center to try to resolve your issue.

    I know how to contact support team, i called them more than 20times, but no use... no one is ready to help...

    @Vineel112 in the Nitrosense installation folder, plugs, find the Nitro AN515-56 folder. Rename it to xxxx xx-xxx or Aspire xxxx xx-xxx

    @AnhEZ28 ok, that's how i installed nitrosense,  Auto option is enabled but the fans are running at 5000rpm, Custom option is Not working to reduce fan speed manually.  Now what to do ?

    Why my laptop name is showing as Aspire xxxx xx-xxx, when i have Nitro AN515-56 model ? 
    so for every software i should change folder name and install it ?  

    And also my laptop SN and SNID are showing some junk values.  Stupid customer care support team is running some bios commands 3-4 times and then they are saying i fixed it but not working, i will get back to you later, later no one will call me again...

    @Vineel112 I'm so sorry that this happens to you. I think that the new motherboard is not coded to have the original name. You can bring it to the actual service center to see if they can fix anything.

  • I advise changing the model name to the correct value, which would be Nitro AN515-56. Also, the snid probably has an invalid number, correct? Try resetting the battery: disable fast startup in power options, turn off the computer, unplug the power adapter, press the power button for thirty seconds and leave the computer off for half an hour.

    service center is 200kms far from my home, so the technician who replaced mother board didnt code to original name, is that my fault ?  that techinician is saying my task is to replace motherboard for any other issue contact support, support says its technician work contact him...  for someone's mistake i have to waste 1 day to travel 400kms(to and fro) to get it fixed ?

    Thanks everyone for your kind reply. I have exams at end of June, so i can't continue wasting time with acer support, so for now i have decided to throw away this laptop at back of house, study for exams in mobile and then raise a caise with acer in July to get my 62K money back or else i will go to consumer court
