  • Hi @ashman1 does it appear paired on the computer?
    What headphones are they?
What version of Windows do you have?

    Regards.

Try to reinstall the bluetooth driver and the Intel graphics driver.

Thank you and have a nice day!
  • You have to set them as the default receiver, I don't know how the steps are in Windows 10, I'll leave you the ones for Windows 11, they are similar:
right click on the audio icon - sound settings - choose where to play the sound

What is the exact Aspire A315-xx model number, as these sorts of BT problems are laptops and model specific why their Bluetooth don’t work and it could be their drivers and how you install them or it’s the WLAN card that could be faulty (which is very rare but can happen) and needs changing as that is a reason also.

Just as an example, my AN515-56 Nitro 5 laptop since it was brand new and out of the box, its Killer AX1650i Wi-Fi/BT card Bluetooth only works with the Acer provided initial Intel driver listed on its Acer support page, this AX1650i Bluetooth will not work with any other new and update Bluetooth drivers from Intel for this card, so this could be happening with your A315-xx laptop also or its got a faulty card. Good luck and hope this helps you further.

Have paired many times now . They do not work even connected via usb cable . It must be my pc is not compatible for them , will have to return them .

  • Well, I'm sorry, I don't know what the problem could be or if they are not compatible, can you try them on another computer?

    Regards.
