SSD Upgrade: The Acer Swift Go 14 supports SSD upgrades with two M.2 PCIe x4 slots that are compatible with Gen 4 SSDs. One slot is located to the right of the battery, and the second slot is concealed under the ribbon cable near the fans. For a fast and reliable upgrade, you can use a Gen 4 SSD like the Samsung 990 Evo Plus, which supports up to 2TB or more.

RAM Upgrade: The laptop comes with LPDDR5X RAM, which is soldered to the motherboard and is not upgradable.

For the Acer Swift Go 14 models SFG14-73-95HY and SFG14-73-99XU:

SSD Upgrade: Yes, you can upgrade the SSD. The laptop has two M.2 PCIe x4 Gen 4 SSD slots - one positioned near the battery and another concealed under a ribbon cable near the fans. You can potentially upgrade to a 1TB/2TB SSD.

Note- One M.2 SSD slot is likely already occupied by the default SSD. The laptop comes with a pre-installed PCIe NVMe SSD, typically 512GB or 1TB in size

RAM Upgrade: No, the RAM cannot be upgraded. The memory is soldered onto the motherboard and is fixed at either 16GB, 8GB or 32GB depending on the specific configuration. The LPDDR5X RAM is integrated and not user-replaceable. It is in dual channel configuration.

I agree with both of those answers, you can't upgrade the memory on either SKU, but can upgrade the SSD for either SKU. Choose the one that provides the memory you prefer and deal with storage separately if the offered versions don't handle your needs.
