PH315-54 Not Booting, automatic repair Windows blue screen after I choose a language.

I cannot get my Helios to boot. When I restart it I get the preparing automatic repair Windows blue screen after I choose a language.

When I look in the Bios my WD Black NVMe is not being detected. My second drive is there. If I remove the second drive, I get a boot screen that states no boot drive is available.

This happened after the reboot for my last Windows update.

If I go into the boot repair menu and select to remove the last Windows update, it doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

With both drives connected, what happens when tapping F12 key on startup? Please post a phone photo if a boot selection screen appears.

OK. Shutdown. Then insert a bootable Windows Installaton USB media made by using Microsoft's media creation tool. Then turn the machine on again, tapping the F12 key to bring up the F12 boot menu.

The bootable Windows Installation USB media should now also appear with the Windows Boot Manager. Choose to boot from the USB media. Then post a phone photo of the USB Installation menu. Or if you see a repair or recovery option on the menu, click that and follow directions to try to repair the boot drive.

Downloading now. Will this erase my data from my bootable drive on my laptop?

No. You only want to boot to the USB's options menu. Don't select any of the options right now.

Any Windows PC can use the tool. Do you have a friend with a PC?

OK. Just complete the fill-ins so you can move on to the next screen. We're looking for a recovery or repair option or button. Don't press any buttons or options to install.

OK, I hit repair at the bottom. This screen comes up. I can get to this screen with just the normal boot up.

I hit repair and this happens.

I have tried every option in the list. I think this is some sort of hardware issue, as the main drive can not be located.

I can't see the drive in the BIOS, I can't see it at the command prompt. The only drive I see is the "X" drive, which I think is the windows backup or something like that.

OK. Post a phone photo of the first screen in the BIOS menu. The X:\>_ drive is the USB stick.

    (2) At the DISKPART> prompt enter 'list disk'
