Windows 11 24HZ update causing screen, sleep and cooling issues on Aspire Vero AV15-51 laptop

After updating to Windows 11 24H2, errors began to appear regarding screen shutdown, sleep, and computer cooling.
When the laptop is running on battery power and there is less than 15% charge left, it automatically turns on power saving (regardless of the system settings), changes the display operating time to 1 minute, and the sleep time to 1 minute. When connecting the power, these parameters change: display shutdown for 3 minutes, sleep time for 3 minutes (both for connected power and from the battery). I am tired of endlessly changing the parameters to the ones I need.

Sometimes, regardless of the computer's charge level, the cooler stops working for cooling, and the display shutdown and sleep settings are reset to 3 minutes. Launching the proprietary VERO application helps, which apparently restarts the power management driver.

Despite my desire to return to version 23H2, I cannot do this due to the high workload of the computer at work.

    P.S. I tried resetting the power management service settings, setting the display shutdown time settings via the registry, reinstalling the chipset driver. None of the above helped. This is all I could find on the forums. Apparently, the whole problem is in poor optimization of the drivers for 24H2

    Doesn't 24H2 give an option to rollback to 23H2? I think it would allow that for like 30 days after any windows version upgrade.

    That should not be happening as its not happening on my Nitro laptop with the 24H2 version and the last OS build 26100.2605 with the System > Power & battery settings. Have a look here at this guide or change the settings to what I’ve got below as that works with the 24H2 on my laptop perfectly, see if these settings stay set like that, if not then there is a problem with the registry and you might need to do a clean install of the 24H2 version and all its updates as a last resort. Good luck

    @StevenGen

    Windows 11 has been a hit or miss on many laptops - esp the 24H2. I personally have multiple laptops that were upgraded from 10 to 11 and my existing USB drives (both SSD and thumb drives) that are bitlocker encrypted fail to be recognized on windows 11. These work perfectly on windows 10 laptops. These drives where all created with the same parameters as redundant backup options.

    There are cases at my work too where the same Dell machines (all alike with same specs) caused issues for multiple people (it worked for many others though) that they downgraded back to 10.
