Aspire 5 A515-56-34VA-Query-want to upgrade the RAM

(The full model is Aspire 5 A515-56-34VA) After researching this laptop for a while I've found that it has two 4GB cards, but I don't know the speed or anything about it. I want to put two 16GB (32GB total) cards from Crucial in my motherboard, but I don't know if this will cause any problems. I also don't know if the RAM is soldered in.

One more thing, one of the sites I found with a spec sheet for my particular laptop said it had a maximum internal memory of 24GB. I foolishly already purchased the cards for myself for Christmas, and I want to know if that will cause problems.

The 24GB maximum RAM specs you found is for the regular models with soldered 8GB RAM and only one RAM slot as I mentioned above, that supports 16GB + 8GB soldered makes 24GB. This is not your model which has 2 slots that support 32GB.
