It sounds like you have two different issues. You can't boot from the stock internal drive and you can't boot from the Windows install flash drive. Which model of AN515_54 do you have? There are a couple of dozen different SKUs...

Press the Power key for 5 seconds to power off Acer computer completely. Then restart the computer and press Alt + F10 when its logo shows up.

Select Troubleshoot > Reset your PC.

Click Next, then select Just remove my files.

Press Reset to begin the recovery.

    Hope this helps,

    James

    Try the following steps:

Hard Reset: Power off the laptop, unplug it, and remove the battery (if possible). Hold the power button for 15-30 seconds, then try turning it on again.
Boot to BIOS: Press F2 (or the key specified by your laptop) to access BIOS and check the boot order or reset to default settings.
Windows Recovery: If you can access recovery options, try running a system restore or repair from the boot menu.
Create a Bootable USB: Use another PC to create a bootable USB drive with Windows installation or recovery media and try to boot from it.
If these don’t work, consider reaching out to Acer support.
