The sound for the Predator laptop is pretty bad, is it supposed to be like this? PH16-71-93FR

I noticed that my device options are Realtek, thought this laptop was supposed to have Dolby? I have the latest drivers and the ones on the Acer website are from 2023.

Hi, if this is a matter of low volume you can try to uninstall the RTK audio drivers in Safe Mode with DDU and let Windows reinstall the RTK drivers with Intel-NVidia Codec. If it is a sound quality issue I suggest getting an Equalizer from the Windows Store, note that both Windows Media Player (right click-context menu) and DTS (right side menu bar) have equalizers. Enable audio enhancements in Windows (see picture):
