    Hi @Anish007

Could you please share with us the device manager screen shot with the list of Network Adapters Installed installed in the laptop,

Do you find and Red or Yellow marks in any of the network adapters listed underneath the Network Adapter.

It sounds like your WIFI issue might be related to the network driver on your Acer laptop. To fix this, try updating the WiFi driver. Here's how:

    1. Go to Device Manager: Right-click on the Start button and select 'Device Manager'.
    2. Find Network Adapters: Expand the 'Network Adapters' section.
    3. Update Driver: Right-click on your WIFI adapter and choose 'Update driver'. Select 'Search automatically for updated driver software' and follow the prompts.

If the driver isn’t the issue, it might help to reset your network settings:

    1. Open Settings: Click on the Start menu and go to 'Settings'.
    2. Go to Network & Internet: Click on 'Network & Internet', then 'Status'.
    3. Network Reset: At the bottom, find 'Network reset' and click on it. Follow the prompts to reset your network settings.

This should help resolve your WIFI connectivity issues!
