First do a soft reset like the Predator guide below:

If the above doesn't work then do a Hard Reset by taking the back panel off, main battery out and disconnect the bios battery, then shot the bios battery +&- mainboard plug pins and leave the laptop like that for 15min, then reconnect everything and if you have 2x ram modules only connect one and boot laptop and then alternate and put the other ram only and boot, as this boot problem could also come from a faulty ram, as doing this reset should fix your laptops booting problem.

If the above doesn't fix the booting problem, take your laptop to a technician as your Predator laptop has either a shorted main power rail that a mosfet or capacitor needs changing or it could be other more critical things like a shorted cpu which is terminal and you will need a new mainboard or if its a shorted gpu, then a technician can disable the dedicated gpu and make your laptop work off its cpu graphics. Those are your options good luck.

Start by ensuring the power adapter is properly connected and try a different power outlet. Perform a hard reset by disconnecting the power adapter, removing the battery (if removable), and holding the power button for 60 seconds before reconnecting the power adapter. You can also reseat the RAM by turning off the laptop, disconnecting the power adapter, removing, and reinserting the RAM modules firmly. Lastly, check the battery by removing it and connecting the laptop directly to the power adapter.
