acer aspire 5 a514-54 wont turn on and no lights indicator on charger.

hello my laptop was drained and when I try my laptop to turn on it wont turn on and no lights indicator on charger. I already tried the 60 seconds power button and 60 seconds on battery reset and unplug the battery inside and nothing happened.
