I got my Acer Nitro V16 about a month ago, whenever I'm playing games the battery drains while it's plugged in, I'm running the laptop in performance mode and not in turbo, is the charger that came with the laptop not powerful enough? My laptop model is Acer Nitro V16 ANV16-41-R55S and the charger it came with was a 130-watt charger.

Sorry to say but seems like the laptop is way underdimensiode regarding power. Fake marketing if you ask me

Thanks for contacting Acer Technical Support!

Unfortunately the computer model, according to the Product specifications on our Support Page, lists that the unit you have has a Maximum Power Supply Wattage of 135W. As such, it is not compatible with the 180W one.
