If you don't mind opening the laptop try the Power Drain and CMOS reset procedure below, otherwise take the laptop to Acer Services in your country to check the power rail.

Power drain + CMOS reset: Open the back of the laptop and disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard. Locate the round CMOS module under the SSD (with 2 twisted wires Red and Black, see picture) and remove the coin battery. Shorten the +/- contacts (terminals) inside the CMOS capsule for 2 seconds with a bended paperclip and put the coin battery back with the + sign facing up, close the CMOS capsule. Remove the two RAM modules and firmly secure the modules back in the slots, or if you have a spare RAM module replace one. Next, press the Power Button on the keyboard for 10-15 seconds after that reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard. Close the laptop, plug-in the adapter and try to boot.

Flashing amber Battery LED indicates a depleted battery,

The battery should be still ok after 2.5 years but if you are using a USB-C charger that is not compatible it won't charge the battery, use the 65-W barrel plug adapter that comes with this laptop, if you don't use a USB-C charger run a battery report: Paste this in the command prompt: powercfg /batteryreport and open the report with your Edge browser, right click and select "Print to Microsoft PDF", attach the report to your reply, type @Puraw or use "Quote" when you reply so I will get an alert.

My laptop is drained, and I'm using a 65W barrel charger, but it's not working. I've been using this laptop for just a year.

I'll just take it to an Acer service center since I’m not experienced, and being only 15, I don’t think I should open the laptop on my own without an expert supervising me. I really really appreciate your help and time thank you so much!
