I am experiencing an issue where my HDMI-connected external monitor shows the display during the initial boot sequence (BIOS/UEFI splash screen), but as soon as Windows 11 finishes booting, the monitor goes blank and displays a "No Signal" message. The monitor is not detected in the Windows Display settings, and pressing Win + P or using the Ctrl + Shift + Win + B keyboard shortcut does not resolve the issue.
