Swift 3 2022-it doesn't let me to do factory reset or normal resets, how to fix this issue?

    Please insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds.

    Hi, the Recovery volume on the bootdrive is corrupted, you can try to reboot and as soon as you see the Acer logo press Alt+F10 that should display the blue Troubleshoot screen of WindowsRE and click on "Reset this PC". If that does not work and you can still boor to BIOS with F2, you have 3 options; Take the laptop to Acer Services in your country to reset the system to factory default for a small service fee. make a Windows USB recovery 10GB flash drive on another PC that has the same Windows version or Clean Install Windows11 with an installation USB stick and ISO file. All three methods are discussed in detail on this forum.

    Thanks for the help I dropped off my laptop at Acer as it's under warranty

    Yes, when you ask this type of question we likely can't provide enough help without also knowing just which model you have. There have been a lot of Swift 3 models over the years, and 2022 doesn't pin it down enough. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx. That will help us with stuff like is it an Intel, AMD or Qualcomm based system as well as better insight into what was originally installed…
