I was using my Acer Predator HN16 and watching a show. Had Adobe Illustrator open in the background but nothing else so it wasn't a load issue. The laptop shut off suddenly with a sparky or tv static sound coming from the back near the ports just for a second. I tried turning it on for a solid 15 minutes, it was just a fancy brick at that point wouldn't power on or anything. Sometimes when I pressed the power button with the charging cable plugged in (thinking the battery died even tho it was on maximum optimized charge 80%) it would make the same sparky sounds so i disconnected it. Now its working again but it won't charge above the percentage it was when i plugged the charger in which is around 19%. This really limits the way I can use the laptop because of the power saving balanced mode being on lock. What happened? How do i fix this??? I have exams coming up that require me to use Ai and Ae simultanesouly and if my laptop starts dropping below 19% and won't charge up at some point it'll die and stay dead. Please help!

Btw i got this laptop in September and it still has an active warranty. I have the ITW because I'm studying abroad and getting to the service center is going to be a biggg problem. If i get it repaired elsewhere im guessing it'll void the warranty and also being a foreigner who barely speaks the local language I probably will just get scammed
