I was playing on my nitro but just a little while ago it turned off out of nowhere, not even the light on the side that tells me it’s charging Doesn't turn on anymore. I’ve tried to my best ability to diagnose it myself but I can’t figure out what’s wrong. I was wondering if anyone had the same problem or has found a resolution. It also won't turn on anymore.

To resolve your Nitro laptop issue, start by unplugging the adapter and opening the back of your laptop. Disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard, then press and hold the power button for about 2 minutes to drain any residual power. Next, open the clamp on the DDR4 RAM module and remove it. Gently clean the contacts with a soft rubber pencil eraser, then reinsert the RAM into the slot until it clicks into place. Without reconnecting the battery, close the back cover (without screws) and plug in the power adapter to check if the laptop starts. If it does, reconnect the battery and try booting with just the battery first, then with the power adapter plugged in.

    1. Try a power drain. Remove the battery and unplug the charging cable.
    2. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
    3. Then plug in the battery and try to boot.
    4. If the above does not work, repeat steps 1 and 2 above, but do NOT put the battery back in. Plug in the charging cable and boot.
    5. If the machine still won’t boot, it’s time to see a tech.
