Thanks for responding. Yes. I tried both. Also installed the Acer Care Center and didn't help. What does Quick Access do? Does anyone use it or is it just more bloatware?
Predator Sense not working on Predator PT314-51s with Windows 11
Tinkerer
I installed a new 1 TB drive in my Predator PT314-51s. Figured I might as well install Win 11 since I'll be using the laptop for a while longer. I was able to install everything ok including MS office and a couple games. I went to the Acer site, entered my serial number. I selected Win 11 version. I downloaded and installed Predator Sense from the Acer site. Installation finished with no error messages but I have no icon on desktop and the Predator Sense button on keyboard doesn't do anything. I checked and the files are installed in C:\Program Files\Acer\PredatorSense Service. Predator Sense in not listed in the Apps start menu but it IS listed in the Installed Apps section of System Settings.
Rather than try and trouble shoot what I did or didn't do correctly I am happy to start over from scratch. I just need to know how.
Has anyone installed Win 11 on a PT314-51s and successfully installed Predator Sense? If so, how? Are there any other files or drivers required?
Has anyone installed Predator Sense on Win 11 on any Predator laptops?
I have searched the web and have not found a clear answer.

Hi,
There are two versions of PS, have you tried the other one, if not give it a try.

No problem, I would suggest you download and install Revo uninstaller(Free version),uninstall Acer care centre, uninstall all versions of PS and delete the left over files, start afresh by installing one version of PS and if that doesn't work, delete it and left over files, then try the other version, I think some corrupted files causing the problem.

Thank you for your response. Which version of PS are you using on Windows 11?

No problem, my model is different from yours and it's not safe to install an App meant for other models, it will not work in your model but if you insist you have to try it at your own risk after saving all your important data.
My version is 3.00.3162 from here:

I agree. Not a good idea to mix models.
Did you do the install of PS after a fresh install of windows 11? Or did the PS come preinstalled on a windows 11 machine?

It was preinstalled on a Windows 11 laptop, I think there are some corrupted files causing this problem, so give Revo uninstaller a chance to delete those left over files and start afresh.
You can also give this a try, I found it in Google search:

Solved!
In previous attempts to install PS I never received an error message.
I tried to install the appxbundlefile, but got the message "Your internet security settings prevented this file from being opened." This was a big clue.
I uninstalled PS and the Installation files. Added "https://global-download.acer.com" to the Trusted Website list in Internet Options. You have to add the actual site the file comes from, not www.acer.com. I downloaded a fresh installation file. Ran the setup file and success!
I assume during the previous installation attempts, the setup script tried to run the appxbundlefile got blocked and just kept going without an error message.
