Acer chromebook 315 an option to have the laptop automatically turn on and show the login screen

Does the Acer Chromebook 315 have an option to have the laptop automatically turn on and show the login screen when raising the lid? My older Acer Chomebook did but I can't seem to get this one to do that.

    That is the normal behavior when the system has been put away by just closing the lid. If you went through the shutdown process then you need to press the power button to turn it on.
