I finally removed my ED320QR from its box; it's been there a while. I plugged it in, following the instructions. I pushed the power button, and the blue power light came on, but there was no image on the monitor. What's going on?

You should get the splash screen for a bit, then it should start hunting for a signal.

Nothing at all. Tried the digital and the hdmi and no screen activity.

If the splash screen doesn't show at all it's likely a hardware issue with the monitor. If it's been a short enough time, swap it out with your vendor, if too long for that contact Acer for warranty repair.
