Charger adapter replacement request for Aspire 3 A325-42

So after 20 days of constant calls to Acer support I have still no updates. The same thing is being repeated every time. That the replacement has been approved by backend and would be dispatched soon. Which I have been getting told since 14th oct. I have no idea what next to do. Since I have been losing productivity at work and also a lot of time on calls with acer support. Case ID is XXXXXX. Any help is appreciated.
