I thought my new Swift 3 SF314-44 had touch screen. If it is, it isn't working or isn't enabled.

    No touchscreen on that model:

    You have to have the hardware for a touchscreen, and it's not there on your model series.

    So if it isn't, can I download a driver to make it a touch screen?
