    You don't have the special camera required for facial recognition in Windows Hello. Stick with the fingerprint, PIN or password.

    bro do u got it i mean do u got the solution for face lock problem on acer swift go 14 . i hasn't rectified for me if u have any solution pls tell me

    Your laptop doesn't have an infrared camera, so the solution is to buy an infrared camera.

    Since the Acer Swift Go 14 OLED doesn't support facial recognition, you can still secure your laptop with  other methods like using a strong password or a PIN. Both offer good security and are easy to set up and  use.
