I had the laptop for 2 and a half month and now the laptop just ran out of juice and won’t charge, the battery led still lights up and I tried resetting the battery with a paper clip in the back. I also know it isn’t the charger that’s broken because I’ve tried with other chargers and it still doesn’t charge. Is there any way to fix this?

Hey Ivan! I have had a similar issue with my acer laptops and I did hard reset that might help. Here's how u can do it
You can try performing a hard reset on your laptop. First, unplug the charger and remove the battery if it's removable. Then, hold down the power button for about 30-60 seconds to discharge any remaining power. After that, reconnect the battery and plug the charger back in.

See if this resolves the issue and if the laptop begins to charge. If your battery is built-in, look for a small reset pinhole on the back and press it with a paperclip, as you've already done, but hold it longer. This might help reset the power management system and restore charging functionality. Or else you need to change your battery you can buy them from https://www.ovaga.com/
