Acer Nitro 5 AN515-44R94X stuck on booting screen with Acer logo.

Things i tried:
Turning on / off fast boot.
Pressing ALT / FN keys with F10, SHIFT key to open recovery mode (Doesn't open).
Restarting my system 3 times to get into recovery mode (Doesn't open).
Re-setting my BIOS to setup defaults.
Disconnecting unused storage ports.
Made sure that the system date is the same as real time.

I know that this is a lost and forgotten topic, but after some time I have found the solution and totally forgot about this post.. Hopefully I can help someone else who comes across this problem..

The problem was.. My keyboard.. I was getting ready to submit my laptop to warranty, and before doing that - I gave it one last shot and tried to boot it up.. it went into the same problem, stuck on the loading screen with Acer logo, and while it was on that stuck screen, I started plugging out every USB cable I had connected to my PC and bam! The loading spinner started to spin and I managed to boot it up!

After some more testing I noticed, that this issue only occurs whenever I go into BIOS, exit it out (Even if I don't change a thing) and try to boot up once more.. It gets stuck on the same loading screen until I plug out my keyboard..

I really don't have the answer why was my keyboard a problem, but it somehow interrupted the booting of the laptop.. Maybe my laptop somehow interacted with the keyboard? It's a crazy assumption, but maybe it was searching for OS in the keyboard? Like I have connected an USB stick that has an installation of OS ready?

The answer remains unknown, but Im happy that I managed to fix it..

    Hi @ Lotus07

    power drain

check if there is a pin 📌hole at the bottom of the unit. Put a small pin inside and press and hold the pin for 30sec.  If there is no pin hole then press the power button for 12sec. Remember to remove your charger when you do that.
