Acer Swift SF314-54 after reset cannot load windows

    It sounds as if the reset either didn't complete or there are other issues with the storage. What do you see when you start up? Can you show us a picture?

    Factory reset stuck at 64% forever, tried few times but still stuck at 64%.

    You may need to boot from a Windows installation flash drive and do the rest from that. It looks like one or more of the reset image files is corrupted. Use a different computer along with the Microsoft media creation tool to create the flash drive. Boot into your BIOS and verify the boot menu is enabled, then use the boot menu to boot from the flash drive. From there you can do a reinstall with keep your old files and apps to get it back up.
