Acer Nitro 16 Triple Monitor Nvidia Surround Issues - Does the 4070 not support triple monitors?

Hi,

I have recently purchased a Acer Nitro 16 R7-8845HS/64GB/1TB+1TB/Win11PX RTX4070 165Hz QHD

According to the specs it has 2 USB-C with Display Ports and a HDMI 2.1

When I plug in three monitors Nvidia Surround only sees the HDMI Monitor and one of the Display ports.

However the windows display manager sees all 3 with the difference being that the 3rd monitor(not seen by Nvidia) is being located on the integrated graphics.

I have tried changing settings including disabling the Integrated Graphics to force the Monitor to be run by the 4070 but then it is not detected at all.
