You are not shutdown but in Suspended mode, disable Fast Startup and Hibernate in "Change what closing the lid does" and "Change settings currently unavailable" if you don't see those options they have been disabled already. Boot to BIOS and check in MAIN that the 3 USB Wake options are disabled.

The mentioned items are all in place. Does the battery need to be replaced?

One thing you could try is adjusting your power settings to reduce the amount of power consumed during sleep. You can also check for updates to your device's BIOS or UEFI firmware, as well as any updates to your device's power management drivers, which may help to improve power management and reduce the rate of battery discharge. Additionally, you may want to check for any background processes or apps that are running and consuming a lot of power.

To adjust the power settings to reduce the amount of power consumed during sleep in Windows 10, you can follow these steps:

Click the Start button, and type "Control Panel" and select it from the list of options.
In the Control Panel, navigate to "Power Options."
In the Power Options window, select "Choose what closing the lid does" or "Change plan settings" next to the power plan you are currently using.
In the next window, set the options for "When I close the lid" or "On battery" to "Sleep" or "Hibernate"
you can also adjust the settings of "Put the computer to sleep" or "Turn off the display" to a shorter time.
You can also access power options by Right-clicking on the battery icon in the taskbar and select "Power options"

Additionally, you can access advanced power settings by clicking the "Change plan settings" next to your current power plan and then click on "Change advanced power settings" link. Here you can find options for things like sleep timeout, hibernate timeout, and wake timers, and adjust those settings to reduce power consumption during sleep.

    Power options have been changed.

Quick Access has been downloaded but the only thing that shows is Bluelight.

I have to repeat my last remark "would a new battery do anything to correct?
