You need to consult Acer in your country for a solution to this Intel 13th and 14th Gen cpu Microcode Batch problem. The Intel details fixes for crashing 13th- and 14th-gen CPU's is affecting processors that include all the K, KF, and KS-series Core i5, i7, and i9 processors in the 13th- and 14th-generation Core processor families, plus non-K-series Core i7 and Core i9 processors (despite the name change, the chips are all based on the same Raptor Lake architecture).

Lower-end Core i5 and Core i3 processors are unaffected, as are all 12th-generation Core processors. So be aware of these facts as the Predator Helios Neo model with the 13th and 14th Gen Intel cpu's are as follows and not all Predator Helios Neo models are affected, below are all the cpu's for the Predator Helios Neo PHN16 model laptops:

    Predator PHN16-71

    • i7-13700HX
    • i5-13500HX

    Predator PHN16-72

    • i9-14900HX
    • i7-14700HX
    • i7-14650HX
    • i5-14500HX
    • i5-14450HX

    I have

    • i5-13500HX

Before you mention it's not affected , i had checked in the performance in intel XTU , its thermal and power throttling even for slightly heavy load

It appears Intel has said mobile chips including the HX are not affected. (Source)
