Is the fan running loud or you just feel the heat on the keyboard?

Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.

The N2C36 number doesn't help us, since there isn't a cross reference to actual model numbers from those. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SFG14-xxx-xxxx. Try running an app to see what the CPU temperatures are actually at. If it's hot to the touch where the air comes out at the back that usually just means it's running the fan through that heat sink. If the number are too high then it might be worthwhile to swap this unit out with your vendor. If it's been too long to do that, contact Acer and get a warranty ticket started. It's not usual, but sometimes they will get out in the field with a poor thermal compound job, allowing overheating.
