Bad GPU performance with new M.2, Acer PT14-51

Hello, I recently bought a new 2TB M.2 (WD_BLACK SN770) for my new PT14, as it only came with 500GB. I installed Windows 11 on it without any problems and let Windows Update install all necessary driver. After that I also used Intel Driver Assistant to be sure all drivers are up to date. Also installed Nvidia drivers from their homepage.

But I noticed I have way worse performance in games than with the original SSD. So I ran some benchmarks and checked for temps and such and what I noticed is really strange: Temps are absolutely fine, it seems that my 4070 always only draws 3 Watt also while under 100% load (also double checked with HWiNFO). It does not matter, which modes I select in PredatorSense. Also I am 100% sure that the 4070 is used, because manually selecting Intel Graphics has way worse performance. And it seems it has no impact if i plug the notebook in or not, so plugged in it has the same performance as battery-only.

Things I've done so far:
- As said installed up to date drivers with Intel Driver Assistant and Windows Update
- Uninstalled Nvidia GPU driver with DDU, reinstalled drivers from Nvidia page.
- Uninstalled Nvidia GPU driver with DDU, reinstalled older drivers from Acer support page for my notebook.
- I've read that you can re-initialize the battery by pressing power button for ~20 seconds —> also did that
- Under Windows advanced power plan settings: disabled pcie link express power savings
- Installed every driver from the Acer support page
- Uninstalled PredatorSense

Any help would really be appreciated, thank you very much!

Update: I reinstalled the old M.2 with the original Windows installation and it seems that the error persists. So i guess its a hardware problem? Or is there anything I can do?

Here are the 3DMark Timespy results, which are far worse in comparison to others:
