Swift Go SFG-14-72 F11 not working/keyboard lighting, keyboard backlight control key doesn't work.

The keyboard backlight control key does not work (F11). I've rebooted several times, tried the Windows repair system, the key physically works, I've tested it online, I'm on the latest 1.04 bios, the keyboard doesn't even light up for a few seconds on startup, as usual. The only positive thing is that after a very long period of inactivity, it seems to work again for a few seconds or minutes, then goes away. The keyboard driver is up to date. Thanks for reply.

    Are you in function key mode or media key mode? If in function key mode you have to use Fn-F11 to get that media key to work.

    if l type F11 nothing happen ( should be light for the keyboard ) , if l type Fn-F11 the screen pass in full screen

    Update Your Keyboard Drivers. If your keyboard backlight is sensor-activated, and it doesn't work anymore, there's a chance an outdated or corrupt driver is causing the problem. To fix it, you should update your keyboard driver.
