    Try windows + x

    go to device manager

    expand display adapter

check whether graphics driver is installed properly

    expand monitor

    right click on driver

click on update driver - search automatically

    It should install the driver

if it is not working click on browse computer - let me pick

It will show you list of drivers - install the drivers one by one and check

    It should work fine.

Check whether you have any disk came along with monitor

You can also download the monitor driver by checking the vendor site or install the drivers from disk

The adapter is a 36W 3A 12V power supply. Acer's part number is 25.TWYMC.001. Try searching on that. They should be relatively easy to find.
