No bootable service available after turning Bitlocker off in AN515-46-R2JS
Tinkerer
Today I turned on my laptop and instantly got the Bitlocker screen so I entered the code in order to unlock it and I got tired of it happening every other day so I turned it off manually. After which I could access only the Bios settings, I can't enter into windows recovery. I decided to try installing a new windows via an iso file, I formatted the flash drive in FAT32 GPT, since my bootmode is UEFI but the flash drive doesn't get recognised. I don't know what to do and I'm seeking advice. Please help!

It looks like you managed to lock your boot drive. What kind of code did you enter? Were you encrypting your boot drive before? To turn off BitLocker you don't enter any codes.
If you encrypted your drive with a 48-digit code, you can unlock the drive with that code.

Don’t know what model laptop you have? The installation USB for either the Win-11 or 10 OS laptop you need to do the USB OS installation USB with a Rufus 4.5 constructed bootable drive and put the Win-11 23H2 or the Win-10 22H2 ,ISO file onto this drive and if you have a modern laptop that needs the IRST to recognize the M.2 SSD boot drive, then you need to get appropriate unzipped of the IRST driver for your M.2 SSD drive onto the bootable USB drive so that you can install a OS.

Yeah, I turned it off from there. I used to unlock it with the 48-digit code located in my Microsoft account, but I had to enter it basically on every power on and it created problems for me.

Hi, do what Gray Strickland suggests in this thread, no need to reinstall Windows: Bitlocker recovery key required every boot - Microsoft Q&A

while installing windows please try to remove all the partitions on where do you want to install windows and proceed with the unallocated space. It will install windows perfectly.

I already tried it, but sadly this method didn't work, I'm still getting a blue screen.

Yes, I did like always but it didn't work. I'm starting to suspect that the problem comes from the BIOS. I searched my model on the Acer site and downloaded the latest BIOS update, opened Rufus and put a FreeDos target system, after it finished formatting I moved the BIOS update file in it and plugged it into my laptop but it wasn't recognised. Maybe I should update the chipset drivers and try downloading windows again?

For flashing the BIOS without Windows, once you have downloaded the BIOS file, extract the ZIP file first, then extract the HH51R115.exe file. In the folder, there is an abobios.bin file.
Copy this file into an empty FAT32 USB. Plug that USB into the laptop. Press Fn+Esc and the power button after that. The fans should run at maximum speed with a blank screen indicating a BIOS recovery is in progress. This will take about a few minutes and the laptop will automatically shut down once the process has been completed.
