    What laptop model do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. What OS is running on it? When you turn it on, do you get the normal splash screen? Can you then get into the BIOS? Can you show us a picture of the error that comes up?

    Apparently: Disable Virtual VTX - virtual machine in the BIOS and the computer will run.
