can anyone advise on replacing keyboard on one of these it does not respond at all

    We don't have a cross reference for the N21Q7 numbers. What language is your CP314-1H setup for? Does your keyboard have a backlight or not?

    UK language not sure if backlit…?

    No backlight has this part number:

    With backlight it's this instead:

    So 4 vs. P in the part number.
