Spin 513 Won't Power On CP513-1H, Model No: N20Q4

Hello, I have a Spin 513 that does not power on. With the charger plugged in the blue power light flashes once every 8 seconds. Without the charger it flashes twice every 8 seconds. I tried disconnecting battery from the MB, 30 second hold down of power button, replaced battery with a new one… no change. Any ideas?

    Hi, have you tried another charger? I recommend bringing it to Acer Services in your country, include the charger.

    Thanks @Puraw, I did try a different charger… same result. It does charge and the indicator goes from orange to blue. It still will not power on and I get the same blink codes: on charger - one blink every 8 seconds, off charger - 2 blinks every 8 seconds. Do you know if there is a site that has the problem isolation charts for Acer chromebooks? Thanks again!

    Flashing light likely is a bad battery, it's either been discharged below the recharge limit or has failed in some other way.

    Thanks billsey. I replaced the battery with a new one and the problem remains:

    blink codes: on charger - one blink every 8 seconds, off charger - 2 blinks every 8 seconds.

    Any other thoughts???
