Is it possible to upgrade my laptop's (Acer Swift SF314-512) RAM from 8GB to 16GB?

No, the Swift SF314-512 that you have comes with soldered LPDDR4X ram of either 8GB or 16GB and your 8GB can't be upgraded with removable ram modules as the SF314-512 hasn't got any ram slots. To have 16GB you need to buy a new SF314-512 that has the 16GB. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
