Predator Sense Reinstall Error

Hello, I am trying to reinstall predator sense, but haven't even been able to launch it. I have tried a few videos recommended in these forums but unfortunately none have worked yet. Any advice would be great! 🙂

Using the setup.exe, the wizard immediately tells me there is an error. In the videos I have seen, this doesn't occur - for others, it will just stall.

Using the APPX files in PredatorSenseUWP folder will reinstall the app in my Start page and in my settings Apps list, but nothing appears when I attempt to launch it (not even the flashing predator startup image).

The app does not appear in my control panel programs list, nor is there any mention of PredatorSense it in my C: > Program Files > Acer folder. This is where the videos usually stop, as after running the APPX files, the app appears properly for them.

Make sure that the Predator Sense service is uninstalled in the app lists/

Try to restart the Windows to see if it helps.

Try this fixes that I found on the Microsoft:

Method 1.Check if the Windows installer service is started
    1. Click start->type in services.msc and press enter-> check for windows installer->start the service if it’s stopped
    2) If Windows Installer does not work correctly, open Problem Reports and Solutions to see if a solution is available.
Open Problem Reports and Solutions by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking  System and Maintenance, and then clicking Problem Reports and Solution 3) Unregister Windows Installer, and then reregister Windows Installer. To do this, follow these steps:
                 1. On the "Start" menu, click "Run:.
                  2. In the "Open" box, type "msiexec /unreg", and then press ENTER.
                  3. On the "Start" menu, click "Run".
                  4. In the "Open" box, type "msiexec /regserver", and then press ENTER.
Method 2.Since there are some non-system applications running I would recommend you to install it in the Clean Boot state and check.
    Enable a Clean Start:
    1. Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
         User Account Control permission.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the
         password, Or click Continue.
    2. On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
    3. Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup items check box.
    4. Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
    5. Click OK.
    6. When you are prompted, click Restart.
    7. After the computer starts, check whether the problem is resolved.
