Intel Raptor Lake CPU overheating issue with Aspire TC-1780 desktop/towers?

Hi.

Does anyone know if this affects Aspire series TC-1780 with 13th gen i7-13700 2100Mhz CPU?

I bought mine late last year, and (touch wood!) no problems yet.

I know that part of the problem is caused by the motherboard allowing additional voltage to be sent by the CPU. That may apply to certain motherboard manufacturers like Asus though…

Apparently Acer make their own brand of in-house motherboard, so I wondered if crashing Aspires due to overheating processors is a thing?

There hasn't been any posts on the Aspire TC-1780 desktops Intel “Vmin Shift Instability” and overheating of its CPUs. The Aspire TC-1780 desktops 13th Gen Intel CPUs are NOT affected by the high voltage issue that Intel is calling the “Vmin Shift Instability” following the recent warranty extension announcement for affected Intel Core 13th and 14th Gen desktop processors.

If your desktop cpu overheats its wise to upgrade the cpu cooler with a higher quality aftermarket cpu thermal cooler (as the oem cpu cooler is not a real high end cooler) and cpu coolers which allot of community members have used is the Noctua NH-U9S cpu cooler as that is your choice to improve cooling for gaming and editing or multitasking on this desktop.
