I have battery issue. Acer CB311-9H-C1JW the battery is only charging to 35%.

Acer Cb-311 the battery is only charging to 35%. Is it bad or can you reset.

    Here is an update. I bought a AC replacement adapter. That fixed it. Thanks for the assistance.

    What type of USB-C charger are you using, the one that came with the CB or a universal charger with a regular USB-C cable?

    The charger that came with the chromebook .

    Which CB311 model do you have? There have been at least seven base models, with hundreds of different SKUs over the years. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like CB311-xxx-xxxx. What software are you testing with that says it's only at 35% charge when the status light turns blue?

    states 23% today 1.43 remains Blue light is on.

    power adapter LX65A200225

    OUTPUT 5V/3A 9V/3A 15V/3A 20V/2.25A ORIGINAL ADAPTER WITH CHROMEBOOK PURCHASE.

    35% OR 23% is shown bottom right battery image. Right click and it shows now 23% .

    It sounds as if that indication is what's wrong… Blue indicator says the battery is fully charged. How long does it last?
