Frequent Internet issues on SP314-53N laptop

I have a 2019 Spin SP314-53N. For awhile now, intermittently it will kick me offline then in a few seconds back on. Sometimes a page takes forever to load. If I restart it usually works fine. Some days are great and some days I have to restart several times a day (I don't use it all day). I have horrible internet and blamed it on my service but seems to be happening more frequent than the usual "bad internet service". Seems like I have good service on my phone when this happens. I only have phone, tv, and laptop so hard to really judge service. I am only a couple of yards from the router and have restarted it several times also. On my acer it shows internet adapter no problems and up to date. Could it be going bad? and if so is it changeable or part of the mother board? Other suggestions?

There were a couple of different WLAN cards used in the SP314-53N models. What does Device Manager say is in yours? What version of the drivers are installed? Does it act better if you move close to the router? It sounds like you are pretty close, but if one of the antenna wires isn't getting good contact it can do all sorts of weird things.

Thanks for your help. Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A Wireless Network Adapter. Driver version 12.0.0.817. Restarting is the only thing that seems to help. The tv is further away from the router and doesn't have this issue.

Ask Windows update to check for driver updates. The current versions seems to be 12.0.0.1257.
