acer aspire 7 While Charging its makeing a little noise

I bought this acer aspire 7 last week and its getting fan noise very high some times

    Turn off Cool Boost in Acer Quick Access if you are using that and change the Power Plan to Balanced, reset the power plan to factory default in "Edit Power Plan" and change the Power mode in "Power & Battery" settings (right click on the battery icon on the taskbar) to Best Power Efficiency.

    Yes The power plan in balanced first now i have turned it into an silent even though its in silent its causing noise while power on

    Since the sound is coming only when connecting the charger, try connecting some other charger and check do you have the same issue. You can also try disconnecting the charger from the laptop and turn off the laptop, than press and hold the power button for 30 seconds than check
