Predator helios neo 16 not powering up

Hi @everyone

I have raised a ticket with acer [Content Removed]. My system is in warranty and system is not powering up. It has been 3 weeks I have raised this concern with Acer and still there is no response or progress.

I am regretting buying Laptop from this company. It is very frustrating and worst service from any company.

    Have you tried some "self-help" during these 3 weeks? There are many posts on this forum on this topic that you can check, what do the LEDs indicate (see below) when you plug in the barrel plug power adapter or are you perhaps using a USB-C charger, what type?
