Computer turns off after SBAT data error and TPM data deletion didn't fix it

verifying SBAT data failed...computer shuts down. i deleted TPM data and restarted with no improvement

    I have this problem on a Swift 3.
    After the August Windows update I cannot access the BIOS to turn off secure boot.
    All the usual methods (F2, Fn-F2, ESC) do not work.
    F12 give me access to boot, but that does not give me access to the BIOS.
