Acer nitro 5 an515-57-90sf Very Low FPS on all games(20-25 fps only and always at 99-100% GPU usage)

I have a acer nitro 5 an515-57-90sf with 11th gen Intel Core i9, Nvidia RTX 3060 and 32gb ram. I have been having this issue for the past couple of weeks now which whenever I would play a game, the FPS would be just limited to 20-25 FPS only. The first solution that I've found is to reinstall my nvidia drivers. after doing so, it seemed to be working noramally and my fps went back to where it should (50+) however whenever I shutdown or restart my laptop. the problem would come back. Also, I have already read a similar discussion here about the same problem and one of the solution that they've done is to update insyde driver. After knowing that, I updated my insyde driver and my issue was fixed. my FPS count always went to normal despite shutting down or restarting my laptop. but after 3 days I'm facing the same problem all over again and Im completely lost on what to do to fix this issue again.
